About these terms
These Terms of Use govern use of the website (the “Site”) operated by Floors USA. “Floors USA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled and should be read alongside these Terms.
The Site provides flooring information, product browsing, inspiration boards, and ways to submit requests. It does not currently accept online payments. These Terms govern website use; purchases, installation services, warranties, financing, and other transactions are subject to the separate agreements and policies provided for those activities.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Site with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Any binding purchase, financing application, or service agreement must be entered into by a person with legal capacity to do so.
Product information and requests
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing where displayed, and availability information. Errors or changes may occur. Colors and appearance can vary with screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and natural materials. Product images and inspiration boards are illustrative and do not guarantee an installed result.
Submitting a contact request or inspiration board does not place an order, reserve inventory, or create a binding price quote or service commitment. Confirm current pricing, availability, measurements, suitability, and installation details with a Floors USA representative before making a purchase or undertaking a project.
We may correct errors and update Site information. These Terms do not authorize changes to a separately accepted purchase or service agreement.
Inspiration boards
You may create private boards containing selected products, a board name, and images you upload without an account. Before submission, boards have no visitor identifiers, remain saved only through the Site’s cookies in your browser, and are not stored separately by Floors USA or the website team. You can choose to send a board to the store for assistance.
Boards do not automatically transfer to another device. Clearing the Site’s cookies deletes unsubmitted saved boards and their associated content without a request to Floors USA. We do not guarantee recovery of deleted boards. Blocking cookies needed for boards may prevent them from being saved.
If you send a board to the store, its submitted contents become part of your customer request. Clearing cookies does not erase information already submitted to the store. The Privacy Policy explains retention and how to request deletion of submitted customer information.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the images and other original content you submit. You must own that content or have permission to upload it and, when applicable, send it to Floors USA. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, unlawfully reveals private information, or violates applicable law.
You grant Floors USA and providers supporting the Site a nonexclusive permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the features you use and respond to requests you submit. This permission does not authorize us to publish private boards or uploaded images in public marketing without separate permission.
You are responsible for the content you choose to provide. We may remove content or restrict its processing when reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. Handling and retention of submitted information are described in the Privacy Policy.
Reviews submitted on Google Business Profile are subject to Google’s terms and policies. Submission of a review there does not grant additional rights under this section.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse the Site and use its features to research flooring for personal or legitimate business projects. You may not use the Site to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, harass others, transmit unlawful material, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
You may not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Site security or operation, collect other users’ personal information without authorization, or use automated extraction tools without our permission except as permitted by applicable law. Do not copy or commercially redistribute Site content without authorization or remove ownership notices.
Intellectual property
Site content, software, product imagery, logos, and trademarks are owned by Floors USA or their respective owners or licensors, except for content you own. These Terms give you a limited permission to use the Site for its intended purpose and do not transfer ownership of our materials or third-party materials.
Manufacturer and provider trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement beyond an actual relationship should be inferred from a reference or link.
External services
The Site may link to financing providers, Google Business Profile, and other third-party websites or services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A financing application is made with the external provider and is not an approval or guarantee of financing by Floors USA.
Future AI chatbot
The Site may offer an automated AI chatbot in the future. This section applies if that feature becomes available. The chatbot will identify itself as automated and provide ways to contact a Floors USA representative.
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Confirm pricing, availability, product suitability, installation guidance, warranties, and other important information with a live Floors USA representative. A chatbot response does not itself create a binding quote, order, warranty, or service commitment.
Do not provide payment-card details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through chat. Collection and use of chat information will be explained in the Privacy Policy and any notices shown when the feature launches. Nothing in this section limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability and access restrictions
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Site features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Restrictions on website access do not eliminate rights under a separate purchase or service agreement or applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its informational features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of website information for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not replace product or installation warranties offered separately.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Floors USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, such as loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where prohibited by law.

If you have a concern about the Site or these Terms, contact contact@floorsusa.com so we can attempt to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive the right to bring an individual or class claim, obtain a jury trial, or seek relief available under applicable law.
Governing law
Subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or access to courts that applicable law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the Site changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing separate purchase or service agreement.
General provisions
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms govern Site use and do not override separate purchase, installation, warranty, or financing agreements. The Privacy Policy governs descriptions of our information practices; these Terms do not override required privacy notices, consent choices, or statutory rights. No partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created by using the Site.
